Refund and Returns Policy

At Green Gold Moringa, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, due to the nature of human consumption products, our returns policy is structured to ensure both customer satisfaction and compliance with health regulations.
 

General Policy:

Returns of opened products are not accepted unless there is a justifiable and provable cause, such as a defect or damage during transit. Once opened, human consumption products cannot be repurposed, and therefore, we must carefully assess each case. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence of the issue.

 

Incorrect Online Orders:

If an incorrect product was ordered, a handling fee of 15% will be charged. This fee does not include return courier costs. The customer is responsible for returning the product to our physical location at 46 Dijon Road, Lorraine, Port Elizabeth, 6070, for inspection. After inspection, if the product is found to be in resellable condition, a refund or exchange will be processed, less the handling fee.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products:

In the event that a product is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will either refund the purchase amount or provide a replacement at no extra cost, including the cost of return shipping.

 

Products Not Meeting Expectations:

As our products are natural and results may vary from person to person, returns based on dissatisfaction with the product’s effectiveness cannot be accepted. Factors such as water intake, diet, exercise, and individual health conditions significantly impact results. We do not offer medical advice or guarantee specific outcomes. Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method or an EFT to the customer’s nominated bank account. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a return or refund.
