Moringa oleifera’s nutrients could easily be lost in the manufacturing process and the amount of time the product takes to go from a living plant into your hands. Up to 50% of the nutrients can be lost within 6 months so we ensure you of the freshest farm-to-consumer product. Studies have shown significant increase (p < 0.01) in all the nutrients in the dried samples of the leaves making them a concentrated source of nutrients. Shade dried samples had highest nutrient retention followed by sun drying and oven dried samples but the difference was not statistically significant (p > 0.05), however some shade-drying methods allow for more contaminates (ie. Dust) to be present in the final product.
